Returns and Cancellations

1.1 Wine Products & Bundles: Your satisfaction is our top priority and we stand behind the quality of our wines. Items that are damaged or not to your satisfaction will be replaced. Should you request a refund within 30 days of purchase, we may require you to seal and return the unused wine in order to qualify for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee.

1.2 Artwork: We gladly accept returns for original artwork. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back to us within 30 days of delivery. Due to the high costs of shipping original artwork, any costs associated with return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
